Soirbheas — Gaelic for a gentle, propitious wind

The gentle breath that brings you home.

Soirbheas is a Gaelic word from the Scottish Hebrides meaning a gentle or propitious breeze which would bring the fishermen home safely. More broadly its meaning is prosperity and wellness. There’s no shortage of advice on personal growth, mental health and wellbeing — what’s missing is a way through it. Soirbheas Journey curates that noise into small, inspiring, actionable pieces, then backs them with real support: small, gentle, steady course corrections that carry you home to yourself, to wellness and prosperity.

One thoughtful note a month. No noise, ever.

A line I return to

Good and evil both increase at compound interest. That is why the little decisions you and I make every day are of such infinite importance. The smallest good act today is the capture of a strategic point from which, a few months later, you may be able to go on to victories you never dreamed of.
